AMF's idea is to put MM in Bronzefield prison where she cannot have visitors during COVID 19, unless for compassionate reasons, as a way to ensure his block on delivering comms between joint principal shareholders continues indefinitely 2005- 2020 and thereafter. Thereby consensus voting is prevented; members remain disenfranchised; there are no officers; no-one wards off Part 20 contributory damages; balance sheet 31 March 2021 cannot be drawn up.
Prison social visits are temporarily suspended at Bronzefield. We will update here as soon as this changes. There may be the opportunity for visits under exceptional compassionate reasons which should be agreed in advance with the prison prior to travel.
Find out more about visiting someone in prison during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can also follow @HMPPS on Twitter and read a rolling update page.
There are a number of other ways to contact someone in prison if you are unable to visit them. You can:
leave a voice message using the Prison Voicemail Service
send them an email using the email a prisoner service
Secure video calling is available at this prison. Family and friends need to download the purple visits app, create an account, register all visitors, and add the prisoner to their contact list. Read more about how it works
You can also contact the Prisoners’ Families Helpline on 0808 808 2003.
Bronzefield is managed by Sodexo.

TRD cannot be protected from the November 2002 contract it concluded with MM unless AMF enforces it, as the person who agreed it for TRD and the one who was given feedom to deal with MM as he chose with no inference JR supported him in anything (8.12.05). Freedom to break a contract and not be condoned or supported is no freedom at all. The record filed in court shows AMF is on his own, a very lonely place to be, for no good reason.
MM in Bronzefield does not help; should have been notified to BDO and members in May 2020 and by Freeths notification to Allianz in August 2017 before 23 August 2017 members meeting which was infiltrated by them, after which BDO's offices could no longer be used by TRD members; the 2016 proxy poll voting cards were destroyed; dividends were promised but not paid.
During 2020, AMF agreed infiltrating MM's remaining bank account so she could not buy food or care for dependants whose money it was; replaced her name by another on the TRD register, yet again, despite the fact no entries can be made on it; and vandalised her home leaving it insecure, unusable and those inside terrified. He has yet to explain the phone line being unplugged from the Moorgate exchange. He has used her name on multiple public sites, delaying bond payouts from 2013 and damages from 2007, including £21m HS, for which a bed & breakfast transaction was intended before April 2008 (advisers Chilterns trading as BDO from 2007).
Although MM's stolen share certificate was handed to Equiniti on 7 April 2017, (reported 7 Nov 2014) he has been party to blocking its return to MM, so neither she, nor anyone else can trade (or if they do the register cannot be altered).
All damage mitigation involving Headway and Newco 2007 has been blocked, particularly damaging in 2011, when he was asked to sell back his shares as was Lander and both refused.
Both could see the infiltration of the Headway register in April 2016, did nothing about it, did not communicate and seemingly hoped to repeat with the TRD register. Neither have anyone to blame but themselves.
