Any "orders" that Freeths LLP have conned AMF, JCR, others into believing can be deployed as weapons of terror, are automatically added to those subject to quoshing by Admin court.
This renders them impotent; the user / beneficiary a terrorist; the method of communication a contravention of Malicious Comms Act and the funder a financier of terrorism.
Triad Group Plc members' shareholder funds are not available for such purposes nor have they been since the stalking and hacking exercise against TRD's Exec Dep Chair, FD and CEO, her advisers, TRD staff, family started in January 2005, before MM was asked on 31.1.05 to cede authority to the concert party of bullies.

Others were pre-occupied with thoughts of love at the time of her wicked deeds. This was the day after it was public that Freeths could exit by admitting £3m Allianz payment to Burges Salmon, avoiding further liability to the stack.
Offer rejected by Gemma Bedford by conduct. Action transferred liability from Mazars (Markel) to Freeths.
Freeths now has to deal with its broker and secret insurance stack to get liability back to Markel.
Allianz has informed it will not pay out more than £3m. Stack notification down to Freeths explaining they brought this on themselves on 14 February 2020, when others had better things to do.

Had AMF bothered to attend 27 February 2020 and ask questions, the AIM float of FRP would not have proceeded. Liontrust would not have been compromised.
Instead CJD was left to tell MM she was "heading for prison" and JCR receiving that report but doing nothing about it. It is treated in law as having been made to TRD. It is heavily witnessed.
CJD is already recorded in evidence filed in 2006, as being JR's personal "terrier" referring to a type of person who will stop at nothing to get his / her way. AMF signed prison papers on 22 May 2020 and was heard on them on 21 July 2020. He is personally liable for damages from that date. This cannot be altered retrospectively unless he starts to undo public damage and implication of Triad Group Plc and NEB, as well as others named.
AMF's deafening silence continues as at 11 April 2021. The public notices on BAILII etc and Williams Lea (Gazette) have not been removed.
While he places reliance on being "in court" he needs to file MM to him 9 August 2016 email from MM explaining reasons for her proxy poll voting in case anyone asked (standard governance protocols to be able to explain) plus the certificate of destruction of the 2016 proxy poll voting cards (destroyed after 23.8.2017) together with Jonathan Hambleton's statement that he infiltrated TRD's private members' meeting without being a shareholder after which BDO sacked TRD members from using its offices to meet. Not good.
