All rule dialogs share some common controls. The "Cancel" button resets the form to its default state before dismissing the dialog box. The "Apply" button saves all input, closes the dialog box, and returns control to the Define Zones Dockable Window. The rule that was just being edited will be visible on the rules table. For additional information about the rule, just click the "Tell me more" button.
Use the PRISM precipitation rule for adding PRISM layers to your HRU analysis. Select the time period to analyze from the "PRISM data" dropdown list. Pre-defined time intervals include annual and quarterly. Custom time frames can be defined by selecting "Custom" and specifying the beginning and ending months. For custom time frames, values from layers for the selected months are added together before being sliced.
Use the Calculate Statistics button to populate the minimum and maximum values for guidance on how many classes you'll need. Precipitation data can be displayed in either inches or millimeters. If you haven't previously selected a data unit for this aoi, you'll be prompted to do so. BAGIS-H will automatically set up the reclass table select a reclass type and click the Reclass button. The To and New Values can be customized.

The continuous raster reclass tool restricts input layer choices to continuous raster datasets. When a layer type is selected, the "Select layer" list populates with layers from the working AOI in that category. Select the layer that you wish to reclass. If available, the data statistics for that layer are displayed. The "Reclass field" list will be updated with available fields from that layer.
Verify the Min and Max values for the field/layer, select the number of classes, and click the "Reclass" button. The reclass table populates using an equal interval algorithm. This default classification can be customized by updating the "To" and "New Value" cells as needed. The "Save..." and "Load..." buttons can streamline workflow by saving and reloading classification schemes a file system location..

The discrete raster reclass tool restricts input layer choices to discrete raster layers. When a layer type is selected, the "Select layer" list populates with layers from the working AOI in that category. Select the layer that you wish to reclass. The "Reclass field" list will be updated with available fields from that layer.
The "Unique" button queries the selected layer/reclass field and loads all unique values into the "Old Values" column of the reclass table. The "Auto" button populates the "New Values" column with the old value for each row. Any "New Values" may be manually edited. This tool does not support adding/deleting rows to avoid issues with NoData values. The "Clear" button clears the new value from the selected row. If no rows are selected, it clears all new values.
The "Save..." and "Load..." buttons can streamline workflow by saving and reloading classification schemes from a file system location.

The raster slice tool accomodates both discrete and continuous layers. When a layer type is selected, the "Select layer" list populates with layers from the working AOI in that category. Select the layer that you wish to slice. If available, the data statistics for that layer are displayed. The slice tool always slices on the "Value" field.
