Wine Tasting

This group meets monthly at Anne's home at 2.00, usually on the third Thursday of the month. 

All Nottingham u3a members are welcome.

The session fee varies according to the cost of the wines and the number attending but will usually be around £5. 

Please bring your own glass. 

We ask members not to bring food to share, but you can bring your own snacks if you wish. It is also suggested that you bring a small bottle of water to cleanse your palate between tastings.

20th November Party Wines

This month in the spirit of the upcoming festive season, we will be exploring wines that might be suitable for parties.

As parties vary so much, our wines this month will also vary. We will therefore be tasting one sparkling wine, one white, one rose and two reds. We might also be able to guess from the offers of our contributors just what kinds of parties they might host! I wonder what we might learn from this exercise?
