Wine Tasting

This group meets monthly at Anne's home at 2.00, usually on the third Thursday of the month.

All Nottingham U3A members are welcome. 

The session fee varies according to the cost of the wines and the number attending but will usually be around £5. 

Please bring your own glass. 

We ask members not to bring food to share, but you can bring your own snacks if you wish. It is also suggested that you bring a small bottle of water to cleanse your palate between tastings.

18th June Midsummer Wines

This month’s tasting will be a seasonal one and (in tribute to the season) we will be changing our usual formula of 2 whites and three reds.

This month we will be treating ourselves to a tasting of a fizz, a white, a rose and just 2 lighter reds - one of which will be chilled! How will that change our views of red wines, I wonder?
