Taiwanese Culinary Arts 2014

First Culinary Arts Tour stop at Raleigh North Carolina

Master Chef Chia-Mo Chen 國宴主廚「阿謨師」陳嘉謨, Master Chef  Tingwei Hung, and Master Chef Chewei Lu, three award-winning master chefs from Taiwan, at the Taiwanese cuisine exhibition events from August 23 to August 26, 2014 as the Triangle Area stop  of the 2014 North America Tour 2014年臺灣美食廚藝巡迴講座.

北卡台藝會這次安排了三位大師台灣特色小吃國宴級台灣美食響宴中式點心自助餐品嚐展示會北卡專業餐飲學校教學示範,共四項活動,場場精彩,深獲好評,但是也辛苦了三位大師,馬不停蹄,每日從清晨忙到深夜,專業精神,令人欽佩。

The North Carolina Taiwanese Cultural Arts is proud to present  Master Chef Chia-Mo Chen 陳嘉謨, assisted by Master Chef  Tingwei Hung 洪廷瑋, and Master Chef Chewei Lu 呂哲維.  Together they performed 4 sessions of teaching, demo, tasting, and banquet.  They earned wide recognition, appreciation, praise,  and complements about their artistic skills and great tastes from the dishes they created.
