2013 Culinary Arts Tour from Taiwan

Master Chef Kai-Tun Hsu 許凱敦, tour lecturer, and Master Chef Shih-Yu Lin 林士育 , assistant tour lecturer, will demonstrate  Taiwanese cuisines on September 18, 2013 at the Grand Asia Market of Cary, NC, for the Triangle Area for the 2013 Midwest and South America Culinary Arts Tour 2013年美中及美南地區臺灣美食廚藝巡迴講座.  This is the first time such a culinary arts tour will make a stop at the triangle area of NC. 

擔任本次美食廚藝巡迴講座的金牌廚藝大師許凱敦先生和助理講座林士育先生都任職於台中弘光科技大學,擔任美食講座巡迴示範並推廣台灣美食多年。許凱敦先生是弘光科技大學餐旅系的助理教授,林士育先生是弘光科技大學學生實習餐廳主廚,兩位都是多料金銀牌獎得主。許凱敦先生更是著名的蔬果雕大師,本次廚藝示範將是精彩可期。
