2018 Culinary Arts Tour from Taiwan

Master Chef Po-Yuan Huang 黃寶元-醒吾科技大學餐旅管理系副教授兼系主任,國際廚藝競賽金牌獎,國際食神,國際評審,Department Chair, Hsing Wu University, Department of Hospitality Management, Taiwan, International Gold Medalist, East & Western Cuisines,assisted by Master Chef Yu_Cheng Liang 梁語宸-醒吾科技大學餐旅管理系講師, 第一屆牛頭牌盃台灣國際烹飪大賽金廚獎,新秀廚師金帽獎,Instructor, Hsing Wu University, Department of Hospitality Management, Taiwan, International Gold Medalist, International Cuisines, will demonstrate  Taiwanese cuisines  from August 23 to August 25, 2018 in the Triangle Area for the 2018 Midwest and South America Culinary Arts Tour 2018年美中及美南地區臺灣美食廚藝巡迴講座

北卡台藝會這次安排了兩位大師國際美食示範及品嚐會臺灣美食廚藝烹飪班北卡專業餐飲學校教學示範,共三項六場次活動,場場精彩,深獲好評。

The North Carolina Taiwanese Cultural Arts is proud to present  Master Chef Po-Yuan Huang 黃寶元, assisted by Master Chef Yu_Cheng Liang 梁語宸.  Together they performed 6 classes of teaching, demo, and tasting.  They earned wide recognition, appreciation, praise,  and complements about their artistic skills and great tastes from the dishes they created.
