Master Chef Yu-Jen Ho 臺灣廚藝美食協會副會長新加坡國際廚藝競賽金牌獎何育任教授, assisted by Head Chef Jia-Yu Kuo 臺北深坑假日飯店中餐主廚泰國廚師挑戰賽銅牌獎郭家宇先生, will demonstrate Taiwanese cuisines from September 12 to September 17, 2016 in the Triangle Area for the 2016 Midwest and South America Culinary Arts Tour 2016年美中及美南地區臺灣美食廚藝巡迴講座
北卡台藝會這次安排了兩位大師臺灣美食廚藝烹飪班,中秋賞月台灣中華美食饗宴,北卡三角地區龍舟節臺灣美食廚藝示範,及中華美食廚藝教學示範,共四項八場次活動,場場精彩,深獲好評。
The North Carolina Taiwanese Cultural Arts is proud to present Master Chef Yu-Jen Ho 何育任, assisted by Master Chef Jia-Yu Kuo 郭家宇. Together they performed 8 sessions of teaching, demo, and tasting. They earned wide recognition, appreciation, praise, and complements about their artistic skills and great tastes from the dishes they created.
