2015 Culinary Arts Tour from Taiwan

Master Chef Wei-Ze Hong 中華美食交流協會臺灣五十精英名廚洪維澤, and Master Chef Jasper Tsao台灣國際美食展世界廚藝邀請賽金牌獎曹舜為, will demonstrate  Taiwanese cuisines  from August 19 to August 22, 2015 in the Triangle Area for the 2015 Midwest and South America Culinary Arts Tour 2015年美中及美南地區臺灣美食廚藝巡迴講座.

北卡台藝會這次安排了兩位大師臺灣美食廚藝烹飪班，中華美食展示仲夏日週末大宴，北卡凱瑞市秋季文化藝術節活動廚藝示範，及中華美食廚藝教學示範，共四項八場次活動，場場精彩，深獲好評。

The North Carolina Taiwanese Cultural Arts is proud to present  Master Chef Wei-Ze Hong 洪維澤, assisted by Master Chef Jasper Tsao 曹舜為.  Together they performed 8 sessions of teaching, demo, and tasting.  They earned wide recognition, appreciation, praise,  and complements about their artistic skills and great tastes from the dishes they created.
