The North Carolina Taiwanese Cultural Arts is proud to present Master Chef Wei-Ze Hong 洪維澤, assisted by Master Chef Jasper Tsao 曹舜為. Together they performed 8 sessions of teaching, demo, and tasting. They earned wide recognition, appreciation, praise, and complements about their artistic skills and great tastes from the dishes they created.
