藝饗Taiwan Goodwill Mission:

中華民國105年雙十國慶文化訪問團美加地區巡迴訪演

The North Carolina Taiwanese Cultural Arts appreciate sincerely your attendance of the 2016 Goodwill Mission Concert 臺灣友好文化訪問團 at the Garner Performing Arts Center on September 30, 2016 featuring classic golden melodies and the authentic  folk songs  of the 80's from Taiwan, with both the music and lyrics originated from campus (校園民歌).  Close to 500 people from North Carolina and neighboring states enjoyed the Concert on a beautiful Friday  night.  Enthusiastic audience responded to the outstanding performance of  the songs while celebrating the 105th double 10th national day of ROC, Taiwan.  

民歌王子李明德除了主持節目自彈自唱外，中間還特別走遍全場與觀衆握手互動，將氣氛帶起一個高潮。團員們也唱出多首天后張惠妹、演唱搖滾天王伍佰、及多首國、台、粵語三聲帶歌曲，逼真傳神，唯妙唯肖。另外節目又穿插有金牌「魔幻立方體」特技，全場可說是高潮疊起，兩個小時内觀眾從欣賞當今年輕世代回溯到七十年代民歌時光，掌聲不斷。

The majority of the audience from Taiwan came to US in the 60's, 70's, and 80's and could really relay to the songs well.  The Kernersville Sister Cities Association also attended the celebration with us.  

美聲歌后潘越雲壓軸出場，賣力演出，包括成名作品《天天天藍》與多首經典，還特別為我們加碼唱了一首"You Raise Me Up" 「你舉起了我」，因為這首歌不僅詞曲優美，而且很鼓舞人生，中間一句「你舉起了我，所以我可以爬越衆山」，描繪北卡西部山脈的美景正好很合適，因此有音樂錄影帶把那美景收入做為背景，是北卡頗風行的經典名曲，潘歌后清唱此曲，嗓音渾厚，音韻幽雅，不絕於耳 。

Garner’s hip-hop senior citizens, the G-Squad, which got an invitation to perform in Taiwan by the Hondao Senior Citizen’s Welfare Foundation in October 2016, also attended the concert.   

北卡臺藝會再次感謝所有觀眾，克服週五下班交通尖鋒時刻，趕來觀賞本次演出。
