Welcome to the State Banquet Night of the 2014 Taiwanese Culinary Arts Tour.

2014 美食饗宴

Tonight's banquet is designed and prepared by our gold medalist master chefs Chia Mo Chen 國宴主廚「阿謨師」陳嘉謨, Tingwei Hung, and Chewei Lu with special assistance from chef John Lai of Banana Leaf.  Master Chef Chen is the executive chef of many state banquets in Taiwan.  He will introduce the dishes to the guests.  The banquet will be held at the main dinning room in a classic round table setting.  Your hostess will be Ms. Jenny Chen, founding president of NCTCCGTA, and Ms. Vicky Chiang, VP of NCTCCGTA.

The cost for the banquet is $50.00 per person including tax and tip, to cover the cost of food ingredients, materials, and facility.  Seating has all been filled now, please email Dr. James Su, james_j_su@yahoo.com, if interested in being put on a waiting list.
