This recipe should be enough for the top of a cake cooked in a loaf tin. You will need to double the quantity for a larger cake.
Ingredients:
1 cup icing sugar
1 tab butter
1 tab passionfruit pulp
Method:
Sift icing sugar into a large bowl suitable for the microwave.
Add butter and passionfruit pulp.
Stir to form a stiff paste.
Microwave 20 seconds to soften the mixture.
Stir well.
Using a knife, spread icing over cooled cake.
Allow to set.
Serve.
