Ingredients:
350ml water
2 tab vegetable oil
3 1/4 cups bread mix
2 tsp dry yeast
Method:
Add all the ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended - mine takes the same order as the ingredients list.
Set the timer for your machine and press "start"
Check during the first mix sequence and adjust add a little more water or bread mix so that the dough is not too sticky or the machine doesn't labour too much.
Remove from the loaf from the machine when cooking cycle is completed
Allow to cool
Slice and store (if there's any left)
