Chocolate Ganache

This is the shiny icing you see on some shop cakes.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp cream

• 90g dark chocolate, chopped

Method:

1. Warm the cream to just below boiling, then remove from heat.

2. Add chocolate and whisk to incorporate.

3. Pour over cake, taking care to cover sides as well as top.
