Adamczyk, Mrs Patrycja - Operations Director at AAK Investigations Inc., Boston. More here.
Anderson, Detective - Member of the Boston Police, based at the Boston Central Police Station, and investigating the case of the Vitriol Killer.
Baxter, Biff - Star of many silent Westerns, along with Lightning, his horse. Originally met the Investigators on the Orient Express, then again in New York. Usually accompanied by his manager, JB Bramwell, and his Social Secretary Penelope Barnes. Has a voice alarmingly inappropriate to his image.
Bigsby, Edward - Eccentric and Flamboyant Artist and member of the Society of the Eternal Mother. Multiple Bigsbys were created by the Green Door, and Chuck has seen three of them die, and another one in the morgue. But one (at least) is still resident in Boston.
Brady, Jack - Member of the missing Carlyle Expedition. Accompanied the investigators and Firm Action to Gray Dragon Island. Currently insane following the death of Choi Mei Ling. Whereabouts currently unknown.
Bryant, George - Pen's Father. Financier and Shipping Magnate. Widower. Owner of a large estate to the South of Boston.
Campbell, Goofy - Small time gangster working for the Italian Mob. Currently two copies of him are residing in the cells at Boston Central Police Station.
Danforth, Charlie - Researcher at Boston University, friend of both Joe Hall and Edward Bigsby.
Durbin, Josiah - Builders Goods Supplier. Lost an arm after falling foul of a Green Door. Currently residing at Boston Psychopathic.
Faslane, Ralph - Boston Attorney At Law, and Legal Counsel for AAK Investigations Inc.
Gower's Foods - Suppliers of Foodstuff to a number of eateries and clubs in the Boston Area (including the Water Street Diner).

Hammond, John Hays Jr - Inventor and Collector. Owner of the Tantorisi Variant Lock and the Hammond Castle in Gloucester Ma. Seems to have taken a liking to Helena.
Hendry, Dr - A Chemist who analyses the "Black Tarry substance" for Chuck and Pyotr.
Harris and Booth, Officers - Two policemen who were guarding 15 Elm Street and were attacked by Pickett's Dimensional Shambler. Harris survived, Both didn't.
Kent, Jim - Detective at Boston Central. Became deranged after encountering a Green Door on his office. Currently residing at Boston Psychopathic.
Marsh, Wilbur - Reporter with the Boston Globe. Has taken an interest in the Green Door story. Unclear whether he's any relation to the Innsmouth Marshes.
Montague, Kay and Van Patton, Amy - Two English women in their 20s. Travellers on the Orient Express, they were last seen in New York (June 1925) in the company of Biff Baxter and his manager JB Bramwell.
Mulcahy, Alex - Doctor and Hypnotist, a friend of Doc. Hypnotised Helena to attempt to help her regain her memories, and was fascinated by her "Past Lives". Wishes to find out more...
Newman, Rebecca - Archaeologist and Linguist. The investigators met Becky while attempting to retrieve Susan Petersen from Red Valley. She was last seen in Worcester, Ma. after travelling from Red Valley with the investigators.
O'Shaughnessy, Ryan - Sergeant, Boston PD Records - Chuck's local Police contact.
Petersen, Daniel - A businessman who hired AAK to retrieve his wayward daughtter Susan from Red Valley . While not too happy that they failed to do so, he still agreed to cover reasonable expenses for the trip.
Petersen, Susan - A student at Worcester College. Travelled to Red Valley on a church trip and started her religion as Amaterasu the Shinto Sun Goddess. Believed killed when the Sunstones were destroyed.
Pickett, Norton - Petty Thief, Grave Robber, "Vitriol Killer" and "Owner" of the Green Door. Multiple Picketts were in existence, but none are believed to still exist.
Reid, Hugh - Owner of Reid Tailors, now reduced to wandering as a naked "ghost" around his own home due to the powers of the Green Door.
Reid, Susanna (Mrs.) - Wife of Hugh Reid. Enjoying her new-found freedoms.
Stevens, Mr & Mrs - Loyal retainers of George Bryant, previously at his New York Residence, now at his Boston Estate.
Tremaine, Bill - Supplier of Foodstuff to a number of eateries and clubs in the Boston Area (including the former Kiskadee Club).
Tucker, "Nip" - Owner of the Kiskadee Club on Green Street. Left town following trouble with the Italian Mob, and the Club's (literal) collapse.
Wilson, Freda - Mrs Stevens' niece, currently Nanny to Karen's babies.
Williams, Mrs. - Neighbour of Mrs Reid. Owner of a Ginger cat called Tibby, that became 4 Ginger cats called Tibby, that then all disappeared.
Wu, Ping - Owner of tobacconists next door to Pyotr's business and residence.
