The Ghoul That Was Guillaume

Guillaume has lived in the Catacombs below Paris since the Great Famine of 1709.  With so little food and so many dead, he made the terrible decision to consume human flesh to survive. 

During the late 18th Century he dwelt for a time in caves below the church in Poissy. There he was witness to Fenalik's depradaions and to the strange statue that he kept in his cellar, the limbs of which he would caress like a lover.. Guillaume and his fellow ghouls fed well on the remnants of Fenalik's victims. 

He met Jocelyn in the Paris Catacombs in 1927 and they struck up a strange friendship.  In return for brandy and cigarettes, he provided her with much useful information.
