Enderby, Mrs - Witness to a "Submarine" in the Yarra River, at least according to the press. Lives in the posh end of Kew, and was visited by Pen, Steel and Ewa. Her husband is a partner in the construction firm of Clyde and Enderby.
Evans, Constable - Acting Desk Sergeant at St Kilda Police Station.
Florrie - Cleaner at the Melbourne South Police Station, and informant of Steel.
Goodenough, Tommy - Victorian Aboriginal, associate of Johnny Jervis.
Graeme, Peter - Inmate missing from Yarra Bend Asylum following the river disturbances on 28 January. Believed drowned.
Hunter, Bill - Victorian Aboriginal, associate of Johnny Jervis.
Jervis, Johnny - Aboriginal South Australian, an Elder and "Clever Man". Bailed from St Kilda Police Station along with his 4 associates by the investigators.

Richards, Dr C P - Ewa's "Uncle Pete" is Director of Prehistory at the State Museum of Victoria, Melbourne. A scholarly man in his 60s, with a dry wit. Thin, 5' 6" tall and slightly stooped.
Robinson, Jack - Detective Inspector with the Victoria Constabulary, based at Melbourne South Police Station. In charge of the River Ripper case.
