The Technical and Maintenance Manager takes part in scheduling and ensures proper maintenance of hotel equipment.Standard duties:

He provides leadership to a team of maintenance technicians.

He schedules current and upcoming work assignments.

He manages stocks.

He monitors and verifies the maintenance of the hotel’s collective equipment.

He is able to assess maintenance requirements.

He supervises occasional minor upkeep tasks.

He implements the unit’s hotel maintenance schedule.

He keeps track of administrative documents relating to safety.

He ensures the safety of goods and persons.

He organises and schedules the workload according to business activity and identified priorities.

He distributes and sorts assignments into and according to identified priorities.

He verifies concluded operations and ensures proper validation of completion slips by the appropriate party.

He sets up and monitors periodic visits relating to maintenance contracts.
