In 2012, Dr. Anjlee Prakash launched Quality Implementation Program at LLF, with the vision of making LLF one of the best nonprofit organization in Formal and Non Formal Education, which would stand out as a hallmark of excellence and quality in field of Education. Set on this mission, LLF aligned itself to the core values of the business ethics set by Dr. Prakash and introduced, formal quality program to align its processes to ISO 9001:2008 and updated to ISO 9001:2015. Delivering value to its customers, LLF’s quality framework addresses all aspects of delivery, support, and people.

In today's global marketplace, people are the greatest resource. To achieve the most important goals on a consistent basis, people bring their knowledge, skills, and energy together to help the organization produce 'solution-focused' leaders and managers who invariably get the job done. LLF has adopted world-class standards & practice of ISO 9001:2015, to amplify its delivery capability & stakeholders satisfaction.
ISO and processes are all closely embedded in the daily work management practices of the organization and are integrated into the Quality Management System (QMS).
As per the policy, LLF continuously strives to exceed the expectations of its stakeholders by providing the right solutions and services, on time and within the budgeted cost. It also endeavors to nurture an environment where trust, fairness and integrity flourish. The vision is not limited to Organizational Excellence, through maximizing performances of team members. It goes further towards increasing personal effectiveness and life satisfaction.

The aim of the Foundation is to enhance and improve Developmental Systems to create a better future for Communities and Societies.
The Foundation is committed to meet and exceed Stakeholders’ Satisfaction, comply with Organizational Values and “Quality Management System” by ensuring Continual Improvement of Processes.
Quality Objectives
The Quality Objectives of Learning Links Foundation are to:
Maintain at least 85% stakholders' satisfaction across all programs annually.
Engage with at least one new strategic partner annually.
To ensure that at least two continual improvement proposals received from employees gets implemented annually.
Ensure 100% compliance of all regulatory and statutory requirements measured annually.
As part of ISO, we laid our Quality Management System in line with ISO Standards taking care of Management, Project, Delivery and Support processes.
