UDAAN
Learning Links Foundation has partnered with NSDC in its endeavor Udaan and developed a program to enhance the skills of the unemployed B.Ed and M.Ed graduates of Jammu and Kashmir, providing them with enhanced opportunities for employment within their organization or with their external partners. The Call for Udaan to provide for an inclusive society was aligned to our mission and goals. Providing youth with key skills and knowledge to succeed along India was the main reason we chose to participate in Udaan. Having extensive experience in Education we chose to engage with Colleges of Education to generate employment in J&K
We believe that if we can provide a growth opportunity for those in Education we will in turn create a generation if teachers that are forward thinking.
B.Ed graduates is with a vision that a teacher affects a generations and each of our candidates has the potential to influence a generation of students.
LLF believes in supporting communities and society achieving their goals of sustainability. We are happy to support the Udaan in its goals. LLF works inherently with diversity and our core strengths include the ability to work in and work along a variety of environments. The Udaan project was a reaffirmation to LLF teams that inclusivity exists in diversity as the common thread to enhance educations and binds us together.
