GOOGLE EDUCATORS GROUP

The Google Educator Group (GEG) is an initiative of Google and Learning Links Foundation with the primary focus of inspiring educators who are passionate about meeting the needs of their students through technology solutions and collaborating with other educators who feel the same way.

To create an online ecosystem of educators implies massive changes in the education system. Google partnered with The Foundation, as their Edu-Partner to assist them to achieve this goal. The essence of the project is to drive GEG India and reach out to educators who are the change agents when it comes to progressing schools to support an environment of open web learning. The sole purpose of the GEG India and Learning Links Foundation is to build the capacity of educators which will contribute to the overall mission in driving progress in communities through encouraging access to open technology in education where the open web is used to enhance learning.
