Maths Enhancement Program
LLF’s “Math Enhancement Program” provides teachers with the opportunities to enrich their content understanding and to enhance pedagogical approach. This program supports teachers with changing modes of assessment to examine students’ mathematical abilities rather than procedural knowledge, understanding learning behavior of students, creating and designing activities, and connecting math to real life.
The Math Enhancement Program is built around the Math Lab which is a space designed for students to learn mathematics by performing activities and undergoing hands on experience. The Math Lab also encourages group learning and co-operative learning among students; and DO AND DISCOVER method for teaching and learning mathematics.
LLF CFIER has developed a comprehensive Active Math approach and a complete classroom kit to teach mathematics through interesting methods till secondary school level.
