NILE Leadership Awards
We have great pleasure in announcing NILE Leadership Awards. These awards are designed to be one of India’s Largest and most comprehensive Education Award. Conceived and instituted by The National Institute for Leaders in Education (NILE), the awards are an effort to recognize school leaders who are truly motivated and inspirational and have acted as AGENTS OF CHANGE in the ever changing pace of learning environment today.
Education has long been identified as the key means through which nations grow and sustain positive change politically, socially and economically. It is through schools that individuals develop core knowledge, skills and values that enable them to grow personally and contribute to these broader changes. As the world continues to rapidly change, what are the drivers for school leaders and teachers? How can schools ensure that the approaches they take are best placed to enhance student learning, well being and achievement? How can we ensure and support India growth story?
The research is clear; leaders significantly influence the quality of teaching within their school and quality teachers directly influence student learning, well being and achievement. NILE School Leadership Awards is dedicated to Building a Community of School Leaders by Recognizing Excellence in School Leadership.
Please invite and encourage school leaders to participate in NILE SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AWARDS 2015. Let their achievement be applauded and awarded at a National Level.
