Very Special Card

Can be played at anytime. Allows the player to decide how the current player uses their top run card and this card can be placed anywhere and on any player in the bunny circle. The player of the card may also use a card from their hand to use in the second run slot, and the player can draw from the deck.

Whoever receives this card then loses his or her turn.
