Senior Hurling.

Our seniors got their season underway on St Patrick’s Day with a home game against Roscrea in the Co. League. The lads were very impressive in the first half and were leading at the break.

However in the second half Roscrea had the breeze and were victorious on the score 1-18 to 0-14 We were unfortunate to lose a few players to injury during the game which seemed to

affect the overall performance, we also missed a few chances that might have kept us to the fore, however the team and management will have taken a lot of positives from the game and will

hopefully learn from the negatives. We play Portroe away next weekend, please check fixtures list for details.
