Licenses
Features Requiring a License on EX2300 Switches
For Juniper Networks EX2300 Ethernet Switches, the following features can be added to basic Junos OS by installing an enhanced feature license (EFL):
VRF-Lite. {new}
Bidirectional forwarding detection (BFD)
Connectivity fault management (IEEE 802.1ag)
IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) version 1 (IGMPv1), IGMPv2, and IGMPv3
OSPFv1/v2 (with four active interfaces)
Protocol Independent Multicast (PIM) dense mode, PIM source-specific mode, PIM sparse mode
Q-in-Q tunneling (IEEE 802.1ad)
Real-time performance monitoring (RPM)
To get an EFL license please provide the Serial number of the switch.

Virtual Chassis
To run Virtual Chassis you need a license.
