language teacher. To be able to find the best requires teachers to evaluate and select

effectively.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this unit you will be able to:

• describe how web addresses are formed and how this can help us as teachers

• list a set of criteria to evaluate websites and apply this criteria to the evaluation of websites

• select suitable websites for teaching based on these criteria
