The Antichrist is Already Here

The Bible appears to give warning of some impending Antichrist. Every presidential election it becomes the topic on hand for many Christians claiming thing like Barrack Obama is the Antichrist. The Bible doesn't really mention any such being, however. The term Antichrist was only ever used in the plural and within a statement saying that they were already around. There will be no single-person Antichrist and the warnings of the Bible have already come to pass.

Jesus had a message. Anyone opposed to that message is one of many Antichrists. His message was that of righteous living and so anyone against righteousness is thus against Jesus. If I stand for all that is good in the world and someone explains how much they dislike me, I would not be concerned if still they followed my message. We'd still be on the same side. If he's uplifting and doing what is good but for whatever reason held a grievance against me, I could not say that he was "Anti-Me." He'd only be against me if he were against what I stood for: righteousness. The same goes for Jesus. And this message of righteousness was long-since corrupted by foolish and religious people long ago.

By the time the Bible was compiled and created, the message had already been lost. The whole purpose of compiling the Bible was to unify everyone under a common religion because they could not agree on what was sacred and what was not. This arguing over text is what proves that the message had already be lost. Had they still understood a message of righteousness, they'd have been working on uplifting one another and not on fighting about random doctrines from the sayings of dead people. The Bible was meant to bond everyone together but instead tore everyone apart as we can now see with thousands upon thousands of denominations. Sure, the "core" is the same but if that core doesn't lead to the same conclusions then what good is that core? The core is that the Bible is the authority and that sins are absolved through murder. This was not the core of Jesus whatsoever. This is completely opposed to Jesus entirely. He told us to determine for ourselves what is right but instead we follow a book. He said to do what is right, but instead we call ourselves clean due to his murder. It seems simple enough when put into words: those who love the death of Jesus are Anti-Jesus.

Jesus told many parables regarding the future of the Kingdom and they all ended with corruption and destruction. He said the wheat would be mingled with weeds and indeed it has been done. The Christianity we have today goes against everything Jesus taught. While there might be an underlying message of doing what is right, it is completely encased in the concept that it doesn't even matter if we do. It's like telling my children to be good but then rewarding them only if they call me daddy despite their behavior. No child is going to learn any amount of discipline if they need not actually be good. A good father tells his children to be good and then rewards or punishes according to that goodness. In this way the children learn to grow and mature. I am not so concerned with my children believing that I'm their father; I'm concerned with their character and whether or not they behave righteously. And so, Christianity, being against the teachings of Jesus, is the very Antichrist they've been looking for. They simply need to look within their churches to find it.
