“ I Do It”
“We Do It”
“You Do It Together”
“ You Do It Alone”
Fisher and Frey did not intend for this to be a step by step approach to learning where teachers start from the top teacher directed learning to the bottom student independent work.
Fisher and Frey’s intent was that all elements need to be present in each daily lesson, however the way in which a teacher implements each stage depends on:
student’s learning ability
focus of the lesson
learning outcomes
