In this video, the students are the ones at work, and the teacher merely observes them in action. The round table discussion setting forces students to share and think, shifting the focus from teacher to students.
Peer learning centers
In this video on peer-to-peer learning, students work in small groups. They learn from each other and are prompted by the teacher to think further.

Bodo Hoenen explains how children learn on their own if they are given a task that they need to accomplish. Students may start doing this in peer groups before becoming more autonomous and moving to more independence in their thinking and problem-solving.
