LAKE LINDA CIRCLE RESORT

This is a family oriented, recreational community of people interested in swimming, tennis, horseshoes, petanque (Canadian Bocci Ball) and all around fun. A group of people associated with other clothing optional parks in Pasco County, Florida (near Tampa) has purchased an existing mobile home park adjacent to Lake Como (in existence 40 years) and Paradise Lakes (both are popular resorts) and received approval for a variance that would permit erection of fencing that would insure privacy for the occupants of this residential park. It is projected that the six acre site, located on a lake, will provide four thousand square foot lots for about twenty-three mobile homes. The site plan for this community reflects a nicely planned residential area, with an adjacent recreational area near the lake. In addition, a recreation hall located by the pool will round out the recreational features of what is probably the first exclusively residential naturist mobile home park in Florida.
