2. rely on the meaning of the message not the words
3. rely on unambiguous meanings , those that are clear not on confusing ones
4. rely on experience, that is experiential validation, rather than more cognitive rational approach

3. Nurture when it is needed
4. Alleviate suffering
5. Know yourself and the other
6. Know the self and the other deeply
7. These steps lead to healing and happiness
