Center, balance and stabilize your mind , how?
Do mindfulness based breathing and learn from it, experience it, let it help and heal your as it teaches you about reality.
What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is present moment awareness the accepts the reality of the moment for what it is, allowing it to come, allowing it to be and then allowing it go, so you can experience the next moment of reality. Mindfulness uses the sensing, feeling , experiencing mind, before the thinking doing mind. It is pure experience of reality , as it occurs in the present moment, and then moment by moment, before one uses the thinking mind. We want the thinking mind not to do its usual stuff, by just staying in the present, accepting and allowing, letting reality, come, letting it be, and then letting it go, without using its usual stuff of comparing with the past, expecting something in the future, without changing, controlling, with out wanting more because it feels good, or avoiding and not wanting because it feels bad or negative, or ignoring because is seems neutral or boring, but observing, feeling sensing all equally, accepting and allowing whatever it is and however it makes you feel. That is mindfulness.
Apply mindfulness to breathing, and sustain it by doing it over and over, and you are doing mindfulness based breathing meditation, which will allow you to join the waves of reality that will lead to happiness and less suffering.
