My Daily Supplement Protocol
Must highlight “suggested” protocol because I have had virtually perfect health for over three decades (what a gift), so cannot really testify as to the efficacy of this practice. Probably two dozen or more clients / friends using this protocol with some positive feedback, and maybe more important, no complaints.

Do not be one of those who drive up to the boat in a Mercedes and tell me you cannot afford organic foods, seeds, oils, etc. I am with the Dalai Lama when he says something like "I am amazed that people give away their health to make money and keep up with the Jones's, only to give it all back trying reclaim health that has no price."

And before diving in, watch this recent video that shockingly points out this protocol satisfies 80% of the daily dozen recommended foods.

As background, have not taken traditional supplements (except one) for the last 2-1/2 / 3 years as result of some research that came out. Have since switched over to supplementing with organic herbs, spices, fruits, nuts, vegetables in the following protocol:

I urge you to do your own research. My main source of health news is Dr. Michael Greger at NutritionFacts.org. Most of my choices reflected above are from videos he has published which highlight the incredible curative FACTS of these supplements from everything from high blood pressure to Alzheimer's to cancer. Every presentation is backed up with a transcript along with links to every study referenced in the video if you want to get into the nitty-gritty. Besides having a good sense of humor, in 5 years of following him, have never felt he has an ax to grind, other than a healthy distrust of 'science' that is paid for by commercial interests.

As always, health choices are very unique to each person necessitating impeccably listening to your body. Along those lines, only suggest changing or adding, one thing at a time and listening to your body's reaction for a week before venturing forth.
