Cancellation of 2020 and 2021 Chislehurst May Queen Events

Dear Parents

As you will be aware, the committee has been closely monitoring the unfolding events surrounding COVID19. After reviewing the latest guidelines and discussing with partner agencies who, due to their own organisational policies would no longer be able to support us on the day, sadly, we feel that we have no option but to cancel this years' May Queen crowning ceremony and rehearsals.

As a committee we are so proud of how well the girls have done in such a short space of time this year so we would like to give you the option to carry over this year's subs to next year. If you would prefer to have a refund though please let us know separately.

We are sorry to have to make this decision but hope you understand that our priority must be the health and safety of the girls and everyone involved in the May Queen.
