Prior to downloading and utilizing this program, the user must read the disclaimers below and understand that the following provisions apply to all parties who utilize this program in any fashion, either for business or personal use. Once the user downloads this program, it will be assumed that they agree to the following:

1. The provider (A>V>C>) will not be held responsible or liable in any way for the use of this program by the end user. The program is sold "as is" and it is the sole responsibility of the end user for any errors that may occur while utilizing the program. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure that all aspects of the program information are correct and functioning as expected.

2. Any donations received will be non-refundable.

3. The source codes of the programs are closed and are A>V>C> property. Decompilation for any purpose is prohibited. Changes are prohibited. The programs contain protection against hacking and transmit detailed data about the hacking attempts and the computers on which these attempts were made.

4. The provider will provide technical support to all approved users of the A>V>C> program via email. The provider will make every effort to respond quickly, but the exact response time is not guaranteed.

5. The provider agrees to troubleshoot and correct any errors with the program if it is possible free of charge. Any issues or errors associated with the CAD program and Windows OS software will not be supported under this contract.

6. The provider guarantees that the program contains only those features that are stated in the program description. The program does not contain embedded advertising, it does not install additional software. Information about your computer is sent to A>V>C> only in 2 cases: the moment of activation of the programs and the moment of unforeseen failures. In the latter case, you can turn off the sending of information.

7. Privacy Notice

   • Data Controller: I/E Alexander Chernyshev, Georgia: developer and provider of A>V>C> software.

   • The A>V>C> server stores the following data regarding your account: your email, your username (as specified by you), country, and language.

   • Your account password is neither stored nor transmitted anywhere (a password hash is verified instead).

   • To activate A>V>C> software, the following workstation details are collected: computer motherboard ID, ID of the installed Windows operating system copy, computer name, and Windows user account name. This information is used exclusively for license activation, license security, and prevention of unauthorized use. 

   • No other data about you is collected.

   • All your data is transmitted over the network in encrypted form.

   • We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising purposes, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

   • Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. 

   • You may request the deletion of all your data from A>V>C> servers. Please submit a request to technical support at avc.programming@gmail.com. Doing so constitutes a voluntary decision to stop using A>V>C> software without compensation.

8. To activate the A>V>C> program, the following information about the workplace is collected: the identifier of the computer motherboard, the identifier of the installed copy of the Windows operating system, the computer name, and the name of the Windows user account. This information is stored and transmitted over the network in encrypted form. This information is used solely to activate your licenses. No information about your workplace is shared with any third parties.

9. Information about the licensing of AutoCAD/BricsCAD and other programs is never checked, collected, or sent anywhere. A>V>C> plugins work no matter how you activate the CAD program.

10. The developer accepts your suggestions for changing the algorithms of the A>V>C> programs and creating additional functions. But the developer reserves the right to choose which suggestions, how, and when they will be implemented.

11. Because this program currently does not have a digital signature and/or digital certificates, installation of this program may cause a “Warning Window” message when downloading and installing. This is normal, and it poses no threat to your computer.

12. The A>V>C> programs are not sold in Russia or in other countries included on US, UK, and EU sanctions lists.

If for any reason the user does not agree with any of the disclaimers above, do not download the programs. Downloading the program implies that the user agrees to follow and abide by all disclaimers listed above.

Any addendums to this contract by either party must be in writing and mutually agreed to by both parties before signing the contract.
