Very Important
Do not touch anything in this room except as noted here.
POWER UP PROCEDURE
All the controls for Savannah sound are in the room on stage Stage Left.
You'll notice a touch screen on the wall across from the door as you enter the room.
This is the access control box.
Touch it. You should get this screen.
and then touch Savannah Team.
It may prompt for a passcode, if it does touch: 4 3 2 1 ENTER.
Once in awhile you might get this screen. If you do press CLOSE.
Important do not press anything else on this screen!!!!!!!
Touch the Microphones box to make it GREEN if it is not GREEN already.
Touch the MUTE box to make it RED if not RED already.
The mixer on the far left side of the room is now connected for your use.
Turn down the mixer's main output slider and mute all channels.
Turn on the mixer cabinet power (green arrow).
Turn on the mixer itself (blue arrow, rear).
Turn on the green room speakers (if needed), (red arrow)
Don't make ANY other "adjustments".
Next check that the 3 amplifiers in the wall mounted box to the right of the Access Control Box
are ON (they usually are). The amplifiers are ON when the led above each of their power button (red arrows in picture below)
is green. If it is red, press and hold the button for a few seconds until the led changes color. It should
change from red to yellow. After releasing the button, the led should change to green in a few more seconds.
Do NOT make any adjustments on the amplifiers.
Once the mixer is setup and the master volume control on it is all the way down, go back to the touch
screen and touch the MUTE box to make it GREEN to enable the signal from the mixer to the house amplifiers.
Now go back to the mixer and adjust the volume controls as need be.
Power Down Procedure
When done, go back to the touch screen and make the MUTE box RED.
If, any only if, you powered up the amplifiers, power them down by pressing and holding their power button. If they were already ON when you arrived, leave them ON.
Then power down the mixer.

Monitor Speakers
The Savanna staff, upon request, can supply 2 monitor speakers. These are powered speakers and each will need to be connected to 120 VAC power by outlets on the stage apron. The signal comes out of the mixer and only feeds the 6th receptacle on the stage right side of the apron. This signal can be daisy-chained to additional monitor speakers if so desired.
Mixer Monitor Control
The cable to the mixer that feeds the 6th stage receptacle on the stage right side of the apron is marked MON A. It must be plugged into #1 AUX SENDS jack at the rear of the mixer. This jack is fed from the 2nd row of little knobs near the top of the mixer. These all are red. The knobs #1 to #16 select how much of the signal from each channel goes to the monitor jack. The knob to the right of #16 is the master, as such it controls the overall monitor signal.
