Overview

 We are a special interest club approved by the Recreation Department in The Villages, Florida. Membership is open to all Villagers.

The Villages AV Tech strives to provide an as available, volunteer-based free audio /  visual support for occasional small events that have no admission and no paid performers at the regional recreation centers using the recreation department equipment.

We also provide free training and certification on the light and sound boards for Villagers at our monthly training sessions.

For events outside our scope, the club recommends using one of the many local individuals or professional audio / visual companies such as the Villages Entertainment Department that contract to provide equipment and operators for such events.

Villages AV Tech has absolutely no involvement with these individuals and companies other than providing contact information.
