Some observations about the QuickQ 10 operation.
When selecting something on the screen, don’t just tap the item. Rather hold your finger down on the item for a few seconds.
When RECORDing a Cue or a Chase the default is RECORD SELECTIVE, i.e. record information about those fixtures that are currently highlighted. So be sure to have the fixtures to be included in the recording to be selected, or select RECORD ALL under OPTIONS after pressing RECORD.
Cues may be recorded on any of the 20 sliders on the left side by pressing the bump button under the slider after pressing Record.
Chases, can be recorded on the Chase Icon or the Theater Icon on the screen (see green arrows on next image.
The Chase Icon is the easiest to use but is less flexible and vise versa.
Neither handle fading from one color to another well.
If you want to change colors in a chase you either have to set the chase to snap from one cue to the next or,
only available on the Theater Icon, set the Non-Intensity Attributes Fade Time to 0 time.
