The Apologia Report pdf is designed to always be only two pages in length. If the rough version has more text than will fit (often the case), then we cut lines until it works. We leave these lines in the text version that ends up in the database.

Also, if we make corrections/changes/updates to the content after publication, we only change the text file and don't bother with updating the pdf.
