Q: "How can I view search results chronologically?"

A: At the time of this writing (Oct 31 '09), Google hasn't included a feature that allows you to sort your search results. All results are presented based on page modification date and time (details included within results), with the most recent on top.

What you can do to get a specific chronological sense for your results is to add a year date or dates to your query line. For example, enter:

"Jehovah's Witnesses" 2009

... for one search, repeat that for 2008 and so on.

It isn't very elegant, but that is one option. Over time, we'll see issues like this undergo improvements. I'm no longer sure of it.
