Lesson: Practise Being Godly:
Let Your Light Shine
Matthew 5:14-16
"You are the light that gives light to the world. A city that is built on a hill cannot be hidden. And people don't hide a light under a bowl. They put the light on a lampstand. Then the light shines for all the people in the house. In the same way, you should be a light for other people. Live so that they will see the good things you do. Live so that they will praise your Father in heaven."
Key Themes:
Jesus is the Light of the World
Jesus shines love, hope and forgiveness into the world.
We need to let our light shine to those around us so they can look to Jesus.

Some ideas for your moon craft:
Strat by tracing your moon shape onto white paper then cut it out.
Use whatever you have at home - black or dark blue paper/card to look like the night sky, grey & white paint sponged on with a ball of foil, paper scraps, ... Be as creative as you want.
You could do any phase of the moon. It doesn't have to be a full moon.
You will need: the worksheet, coloured pencils and a sharpener.
Remember to sit up straight at a desk or table and hold your pencil correctly. โ๏ธ
Carefully trace around the circle, turning the paper as you go.
You can paint, colour in, paste yellow paper scarps or shade the centre of the circle.
Carefully trace around the stars, trying to stay on the dotted lines.
