When we learned about farms we talked about all that we eat starts from something that is grown. So all that we have comes from God.
Make sure you thank Him for your food. Remember to say grace at home like we do at Prep.
Thinking about the food pyramid maybe you could count the number of fruit and vegetables you eat each day.

Read/look at the pages one at a time.
When you have looked at a page find a passport stamp with that country on it or write the country on to a blank one and stick it in your passport.
Colour the pieces above
Cut the bowl, handle and all the fruit.
Glue handle to bowl.
Glue fruit as shown.
Peas artwork
Begin by colouring in the leaves.
Draw the squiggly tendrils.
Scrunch small squares of green crepe paper to form peas.
Glue 3 peas onto each green pod (card)
Put some glue on one end and pinch together, as shown above.
Repeat on the opposite side.
Glue each pea pod onto the plant.
Woo hoo! You have a beautiful artwork to display in the kitchen.
OPTIONAL Art Activity
Use watercolours, pencils, crayons...
Mrs Ishak used her watercolour set.
When dry, carefully cut around the outside of the mountain and clouds.
You might like to add cotton balls to the clouds.
Once finished Mt Fuji, cut it out and mount on another piece of card.
You could add birds above or some cherry blossom trees below.
You might also like to use a similar technique with the pair of Koi.
