For each mentoring session you need to claim 4 hours in total. Please ensure this is marked against the appropriate day within the timesheet.

Mentor absence / sickness is unpaid. Any claims above or below 4 hours (without express permission) will be rejected.

The cut off point each month is the 12th. Please ensure your timesheets are submitted accurately and on time so that they can be authorised ahead of the deadline.
