Safeguarding and Support

Even when school is closed, essential support for safeguarding and wellbeing remains available for all students and carers. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, you must call the Police on 999 straight away. 

For non-emergency concerns about a child's safety or welfare, you should contact the Local Authority Children's Services front door service on 03000 41 91 91 Additionally, national helplines offer free, confidential advice 24/7: NSPCC (0808 800 5000) is available for adults to discuss concerns, while young people can contact Childline (0800 1111) for support with any issue.
