Hello Students,

This week, we're offering a special treat—an in-person class at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (JCC) on Thursday, March 21, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who enjoy face-to-face interaction to join us in person!

Last Week (Week 7, 3/11: Everything Memory)

Many students have great expectations for this class because they want to improve their memory. Last week we learned how we memorize, how we process information, where in the brain memories are created and retrieved, and ways to improve your memory.

This Week (Week 8, 3/18: People Skills)

This week, we will explore the importance of people skills, encompassing personal effectiveness, interaction ability, and peacemaking. Strong interpersonal skills are vital for personal and professional success, often listed as job requirements. Improving these skills involves practicing empathy, fostering a positive attitude, and honing effective communication techniques.
