Last Week (Week 5, 2/26: Attention)

Last week we learned together the importance of keeping our brain capable of paying attention, the science behind what happens inside of our amazing brain, and lifestyles that will help us accomplish the goal of improving the length and quality of our attention.

This Week (Week 6, 3/4: Brain Speed)

We will review and practice the BrainHQ exercises under the category of brain speed.  Then we will examine into the region of the brain that's involved in processing information.  We will have a look into the reasons for Brain Speed slowing down and most importantly, things we can do to help our brain have a good Brain Speed!
