Remember, as a Brain Fitness student you are welcome to attend any of the Brain Fitness classes, even more than one a week.

This Week: Orientation & Setting Personal Goals

Our first lesson is an orientation in which we will discuss various aspects of the course. These aspects include the information available to you on our class website, your BrainHQ exercises, and the lessons that we will explore each week. Why are we taking a class in brain fitness? It is an important question to reflect upon. Join us this week to consider our responses and develop our own personal goals as we continue forward on our path to better brain health.

Lastly, if you do not get an email from us each week, please check your Junk or Spam folders.
