Single Stall Restrooms

How do Sand Creek students and faculty feel about single stall bathrooms?
Some students of Sand Creek Jr./Sr. High School have negative thoughts on the single stalls. Emerson Walsh (7th) says, “I don't really care about them, because they are kinda stupid, because if more people have to go to the bathroom they have to run around the school just to go.” The word he used to describe them was “weird” because it looks weird and it feels weird to be in there.
Some other students of Sand Creek think they are a good idea. Adrina Woodward (11th) says, “I love them because sometimes when I have to #2 I would like to be in private then be in the open.” The one word she would use to describe them is “skibidi” because they are good besides the fear of someone walking in on her.
In general, the teachers of Sand Creek do not mind the single stalls. Ms. Tenhove says, “I don't mind them in theory. It just gets backed up so it is hard to get people in and out of them, but I understand the purpose.” Mrs.Sheu-Millek thinks they are generally good, but she's confused. She understands that the administration made the change for the single stall bathrooms for the students’ sense of safety, but it disrupts the time we have for the open stalls. Mrs.Scheu’s word that she chose to use to describe the single stall bathrooms was ¨confusing¨.
If you were wondering why we got single stall bathrooms here is why. Mr.Dyson(Vice Principal ) said that we got the single stall bathroom to give privacy and prevent vaping. He finds the single stall bathrooms very safe for students because they can be alone when they do their business.
